How does Vienna E-pass Saving Guarantee Work?

The Vienna E-pass offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing individual tickets for the city’s attractions. Travel plans can change—whether due to limited time, shifting schedules, or simply choosing to explore at a slower pace. With this flexible pass, you pay only for the duration you use, ensuring a stress-free and budget-friendly way to experience Vienna at your own rhythm.

With the Vienna E-pass, you only pay for the attractions you visit, as listed on our attractions page. If the total standard entry fees of the attractions you visit are less than the price of your pass, we’ll refund the difference within 10 business days of your request. Please note that any reserved attractions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being counted as used.

The Vienna E-pass remains valid for activation for up to one year from the date of purchase. If your travel plans change and you don’t use the pass, you can cancel it anytime without any fees. Unused passes are eligible for a full refund within one year of purchase.
