Terms and Conditions
Effective as of: 10.11.2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Vienna E-Pass (“the Pass”), a digital sightseeing pass operated by GoVisit Digital GmbH, headquartered in Vienna, Austria (“GoVisit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing or using the Vienna E-Pass, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Pass.
1. Scope of Service
The Vienna E-Pass grants holders (“Users”) access to selected attractions, museums, tours, and experiences (“Attractions”) in Vienna for a fixed period and at a discounted or bundled rate.
Each included Attraction and service provider is listed on the official website viennaepass.com (the “Website”).
GoVisit acts as a facilitator between Users and participating Attraction providers. The Pass itself is not a ticketing agent for any individual provider.
2. Eligibility and Use
- The Pass is valid only for the time period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day passes).
- The validity period begins automatically from the first activation (first scan at an Attraction).
- Each Pass is personal and non-transferable once activated.
- Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited and may result in deactivation without refund.
3. Purchase and Payment
- Purchases can be made securely via the Website or authorized partners.
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be completed in full before receiving the digital Pass.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- A full refund is available for unused passes if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Once a Pass has been activated (used for entry), it becomes non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
GoVisit reserves the right to refuse refunds if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
5. Attraction Access and Availability
- Access to Attractions is subject to each provider’s individual terms, capacity limits, and opening hours.
- GoVisit does not guarantee the continuous operation of any Attraction or partner service.
- Temporary closures, capacity limits, or operational changes at Attractions are beyond our control and do not entitle Users to compensation or refunds.
6. User Obligations
Users must:
- Present the valid digital Pass (QR code or equivalent) at participating Attractions.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of each Attraction provider.
- Not share, duplicate, or alter the Pass.
GoVisit reserves the right to suspend access in cases of misuse.
7. Liability
GoVisit acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for:
- Changes in operating hours, closures, or service disruptions of Attractions.
- Accidents, damages, losses, or injuries occurring at or during any Attraction visit.
Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the purchase price of the Pass.
